Booking: Pure Adventure require full payment at the time of booking in order to secure all places on trips (except for sea kayaking). The payment for sea kayaking trips must be made the day before the trip is due to depart, when we confirm the trip has a suitable sea forecast to proceed. Payment can be made by card on our online booking system

Cancellation Policy :

• If you need to cancel your trip we will require 4 days notice, at which time we will be able to reschedule your trip for a later available date. Any cancellation of less than 4 days or failure to show up for your booking, will result in the full amount being charged. (Notice of cancellation or changes of dates should be made by email or phone call only.)
• River Activities: Weather: Rain does not affect our trips & tours so they will run regardless. For our river activities, it is only in very severe weather conditions that we would be forced to cancel an activity. In the event of severe weather, we will contact you, giving you as much notice as possible, of any change to your booking. In the event we have to cancel, we will offer you a new date or a refund.
• Sea Kayaking: Weather: Rain does not affect our Sea Kayaking trips and so they will run regardless. Our sea kayaking trips are dependent on sea conditions (Wind & Swell) being favourable and generally we can only confirm a sea kayaking trip will run 1-2 days in advance. We will confirm your trip by phone and we will require payment at this time. Should we have to cancel your trip due to unsuitable sea conditions, no charge will be incurred, and we will do our best to reschedule your trip.
• Pure Adventure reserves the right to cancel any trip or activity on safety grounds without prior notice. In such a case, you will receive a full refund, or you can choose to book a new date.
